Welcome to Horse-Manip RPG! This tutorial will take you through the steps of joining HMRPG. There are two different types of membership available, DeviantART only, and DeviantART-Proboards.
Regular Manip/Lineart Member
DeviantART Only Membership:
-Cannot register horses
-Cannot create breed registries
-Cannot become a breed moderator or breed President
-Can create breed sheets
-Cannot use the Show Bulletin or Sale Barn
-No access to the bi-weekly HMRPG News
DeviantART-Proboards Membership:
-Can register horses. Registries are located at the bottom of the page and are categorized by type of horse.
-Can create breed registries for 'normal' breeds.
-Can create breed registries for 'abnormal' breeds *requires a breed sheet
-Can become a Breed Moderator or Breed President
-Can create breed sheets and registry for it.
-Can use the Show Bulletin and Sale Barn
-Access to the bi-weekly HMRPG News
DeviantART Only Membership
Step One
-Become a member of HMRPG.deviantart.com
*If you are a stock artist, note the group so we can add you to the 'Stock Stables' list.
Step Two
-Dream up a Stable Name. So long as someone hasn't thought it up before you, and it's PG, it's yours.
-Note the group using Stable Name in the title.
Step Three
-Create your first horse and submit it to the group.
-Note the group with the horses Name, Gender, and Breed so that we can add it to the list for the monthly and yearly summary.
NOTICE! all stock must be noted in the Artist's Comments, otherwise your horse will be rejected.
-Other information about your horse, such as age, breeding, etc. is optional, but recommended.
Step Four
-Recommended! Create a Stable Journal to keep track of your mares, stallions, and offspring. This helps other players, especially if they are interested in breeding with your horses.

-Become a member of HMRPG.deviantart.com
Proboards
-Become a member of horsemaniprpg.proboards.com
It's best to use your Stable Name as your user name.
Step Two
DeviantART
-Dream up a Stable Name. So long as someone hasn't thought it up before you, and it's PG, it's yours.
-Note the group using Stable Name in the title.

-Enjoy the fun features such as the Watercooler, Member Contests, and Photogallery.
Step Three

-Create your first horse and submit it to the group.
-Note the group with the horses Name, Gender, and Breed so that we can add it to the list for the monthly and yearly summary.

-You can register your stock in the below registries and enter him/her in breed shows. Registered stock will be added to the 'Registered Stock' directory.

-Recommended! Create a Stable Journal to keep track of your mares, stallions, and offspring. This helps other players, especially if they are interested in breeding with your horses.

-Congratulations! You made it! You can now submit an application to become a Breed Moderator or Breed President if openings are available. You may also create breed registries and use all the Proboards resources. Go you!
Stock Artist Membership
DeviantART Only Membership:
-Cannot have a Stock Stable thread
-Cannot use the Stock Requests thread
-Cannot become a breed moderator
-No access to the bi-weekly HMRPG News
-Cannot post classifieds in the bi-weekly HMRPG News
